The other evening I fired both the CCI 17gr and the Hornady 20gr ammo from my Savage 17HMR. Both shot equally accurate with no real noticable variance from the center of the target, at 119yds. The only complaint was from the targets and both are not with us anymore, so I guess that took care of the complaints! They will not be visiting my chicken coop again!

This ammo is literally The bomb!!! Anything you shoot will not walk away. This bullet fragments into 100''s of little pieces on impact. Aim for a squirrels head if you plan on eating it!

this ammunition is the best I have found it delivers 1/4 moa groups and is perfect for coyotes and groundhogs. simply put it is the best pest controle ammunition for the 17 HMR. but be careful because it will not explode/fragment on impact with an animal
